The purpose of a New Year’s Resolution is to look back on our actions and figure out what we’d like to change about ourselves for the better. It could be our attitude, wishing to develop a more positive outlook on life, or simply trying to stay away from the potato chips and Sun Drop (it’s a southern thing). And since everyone is always pumped about the “New year, new me” business, we’ve decided to share some of our team’s resolutions for 2016. Take a look below!
Casey, Social Media Strategist
“My New Year’s Resolution for 2016 would be to stand my ground more—to stand up for what I know is right and not go with the flow as much. I also want to work on being more honest with myself.”
Alex, Brand Ambassador
“In 2016, I’m going to dedicate more time to reading books. I actually just started reading All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr and it’s great! I also want to exercise on a daily basis, diversify myself, and learn about different cultures—any and all of them!”
Tara, Brand Ambassador
“My resolution for 2016 would have to be rescuing a boxer puppy. I already have one boxer named Jameson-Irish Whiskey (James for short) and a border collie named Maxx. They make me happy and they are my children!”
Eli, Marketing Copy Editor
“In the upcoming year, I vow to eat more vegetables and less fast food.”
Demetri, Video Production Manager
“I wish to wake up every morning as a better person than when I went to bed.”
Alicia, Marketing Copywriter
“I would like to be more aware of the present moment and to continue living life to the fullest.”
Sara Jane, Director of Marketing and Communications
“My goal is to rescue another cat—I love everything about cats!”
