In all seriousness, jogging might not be everyone’s thing, but it’s certainly a great way to get your cardio in! And since the American Heart Association recommends at least 150 minutes a week of moderate exercise (or 75 minutes a week of vigorous exercise) for optimum cardiovascular health, we’re here to make taking a few jogs a week a little bit easier for you.
